KAOS-3 – A visual identity born from noise and modularity, KAOS-3 is an underground club dedicated to those seeking a loud, fluid, chaotic, and unapologetically raw experience. The identity design draws inspiration from the Korg Kaossilators (KO-1) — dynamic phrase synthesizers that generate a different sound or note with every touch of the pad. Translating this into visuals, the project explores the intersection of music, sound, image, and modularity through a code-based system that produces random images shaped by sound and touch interaction. Green risograph pages, printed by Complice Press, Lugano, further extend the tactile and experimental nature of the club’s identity.
