CANTONAL POSTER ARCHIVE – Cataloging and systematizing visual heritage, During the design weeks at CSIA Lugano, the project focused on creating a catalog for the Cantonal Poster Archive. The first volume documents the Posters of the Museum für Gestaltung in Zurich, aiming to organize and present works that had long been stored in drawers or cardboard tubes. The design explores the concepts of Archive and Catalog: systematic collection, subdivision, and searchable documentation. Developed as an information dossier, the volume evokes a file bound with metal hooks, dynamic and customizable, with a “pocket” cover for flyers, posters, and postcards from exhibitions. The book is completed with an elastic binding, emphasizing flexibility and accessibility.
